TERMS OF USE
End User License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Misram LLC, the developer of the program ("Jaasuz"), regarding your use of Jaasuz.com products ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Jaasuz hereby grants to you (an individual) the revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and nontransferable right to use the Software solely for your personal and non-commercial use, unless you have purchased additional use from Jaasuz. Sharing this Software with other individuals, or allowing other individuals to view the contents of this Software, is in violation of this license. You may not make the Software available on a network, or in any way provide the Software to multiple users, unless you have first purchased at least a multi-user license from Jaasuz.
2. COPYRIGHT
The Software is owned by Jaasuz and protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. You may not remove or conceal any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Software.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You may not, and you may not permit others to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or in any way derive source code from, the Software; (b) modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software; (c) copy (other than one back-up copy), distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, lease or otherwise exploit the Software.
4. EXLCUSION OF ALL DAMAGES CLAIMS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Jaasuz or its suppliers be liable for any damages, whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of warranty, misrepresentation, or otherwise, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, or arising out of this agreement, even if Jaasuz or its representatives has been advised of the possibility of such damages
5. MAXIMUM DOLLAR AMOUNT
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract or anything else), the entire liability of Jaasuz and any of its suppliers under any provision of this EULA and your exclusive remedy hereunder (except for any remedy of repair or replacement elected by Jaasuz with respect to any breach of the Limited Warranty) shall be limited to the greater of the actual damages you incur in reasonable reliance on the Software up to the amount actually paid by you for the Software or US$5.00
6. APPLICATION OF LIMITATIONS
The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
